Cyruca began as a small family kitchen tucked into the Dolomites — a love letter to the recipes our grandmothers cooked, written in the quiet language of the mountains.

— Philosophy

A philosophy of place.

We believe a restaurant should taste like where it stands. The wild herbs on the slopes above us, the cheese aged in alpine caves, the trout from the streams — all of it finds its way to your plate.

And because mountain travelers come from everywhere, we also keep a few international classics on our menu — cooked with the same care.

Lago di Braies — the jewel of the Dolomites — sits a short walk from our door. The water turns from emerald to deep teal as the sun moves; in winter it freezes into perfect glass.
