Set against the cathedral spires of the Dolomites and a stone's throw from the turquoise of Lago di Braies, Cyruca is a place to slow down. Our kitchen draws from generations of Italian cooking and quietly embraces flavors from beyond the mountains.
We cook with what the valley gives us — wild herbs, alpine cheeses, hand-rolled pasta, and the freshest fish brought up from the coast. Each plate carries the silence of these mountains.
